They have been selected to participate in Taste of beach more than 35 of the best restaurants in town, same that surely will leverage this event to show their very particular vision and culinary creativity. The public in general will have access free of charge to this meeting of culinary talents that will take place in the founders Park, the recently renovated Plaza Central in Playa del Carmen. A portion of the revenue from Taste of beach 2009 will be donated to the international school Ak Lu um, a different educational institution for young people with physical capabilities and development. This school located in Playa del Carmen that educates, guides and supports its students in an environment study, safety and friendliness, benefits to 36% of its students on full scholarship.
